How to Prepare Rajitha-Perugu Chutney

Hello,

Biryani is Ready??? Don't miss out to prepare Rajitha(CURD item) for Better Taste ...

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Cups of Curd
  • 1 Onion
  • Some Coriander Leaves
  • Small Green Chili
  • 1/4 of Table Spoon of Salt


How to Prepare:

Take the Curd into a Bowl and Mix it to make smooth paste.
Chop the Onion to very thin Slices and now take one green chilli slice it vertically  and remove seeds and place it the Curd.
Now mix or Churn all the contents by mixing with Salt .

So Your Rajitha(Curd Item) is ready to Serve....

Don't forget to garnish with Coriander Leaves.


Where and How to Serve:

It can be served with Veg Biryani,Chiken Biryani and Palaav and Chapati or Aloo-Paratha too.


This is of More Andhra Style Curry.....to serve for Khuska and Chiken Biryani....
